Diese ist meine Skizze für einen Elektromotor. Das Elektromagnet wird an der Oberseite gezeigt und unten ist der Rotor. Die Rotorwelle ist ein wenig komisch !
This is my sketch for an electric motor. The electromagnet is shown at the top and beneath is the rotor. The rotor axis is somewhat odd !
Dies ist der gegenwärtige Status des Projektes. Der Rahmen, der den Rotor und den Elektromagnet im Platz hält, ist nicht das abschließende Design. Er ist ein Mock-up für einen ersten Versuch.
Der Motor ist auf drehzahlen von 15 U/min bis 450 U/min ohne dass irgendwelche Probleme auftauchten. Der Leistungsbedarf bei 450 U/min ist ca. 5W bei 12VAC, 30Hz.
This is the current status of the project. The frame that keeps the rotor and the electromagnet in place is not the final design. It's just a mock-up for a first testrun.
It has been tested at revs from 15 rpm and up to 450 rpm without any problems. The power requirement at 450rpm is about 5W at 12VAC, 30Hz.
Eine Skizze und der fast abgeschlossene Rotor. Ich habe Epoxid-Harz benutzt, um die acht dauerhaften Magneten zum geschmiedeten Rotorrahmen abzubinden. Niete auf jeder Seite der Magneten sind noch nicht gepaßt.
A sketch and the almost completed rotor. I used epoxy-resin to bond the eight permanent magnets to the forged rotor frame. Rivets on each side of the magnets are still not fitted.
